1. Processing and forwarding of orders
STYLEPIT.COM A/S collects personal information in connection with purchases in order to process and forward your orders. Your personal information may be transferred to STYLEPIT.COM A/ S's warehouse in Poland for packing and shipment of goods. In addition, your personal information will be disclosed to the external partners that we use in connection with the processing and shipment of your order. Finally, your information may be used in investigating suspected fraud.
Please note that laws and regulations regarding the protection, processing and disclosure of personal data in some countries may differ from the applicable rules in Denmark. When you submit your personal information, you agree that your information is transferred to other countries on their terms.
In order for us to deliver goods to you, we need your name, your address and your phone number if you want delivery information by text message.
We also collect your e-mail address so that we can send you an order confirmation by email and inform you when your order has been shipped. Likewise, your submitted personal information will be used if you wish to return the items you have purchased from us.
2. Marketing through email and via external partners

FOR HOW LONG DOES STYLEPIT.COM A / S STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Once you have made a purchase at STYLEPIT and thus have transferred your personal information to us to deliver the goods, we will keep your order information in our internal ordering system for five (5) fiscal years in accordance with the Accounting Act. The order information in the internal order system will not be encrypted and will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have consented in the purchase process for your information to be used for marketing purposes for STYLEPIT.
If you start a new session on our site or make a new purchase, the retention period of your personal information and associated consent in our system will be renewed to the applicable five (5) fiscal years and for Google Analytics fifty (50) months.

This applies to both security procedures for storing personal data from the customer database and protection against abuse of the personal data of the internal employees. STYLEPIT always strives to protect personal information as best as possible, depending on what the current threat image looks like.

STYLEPIT.COM A/S uses and stores the personal information you have given us in connection with your purchase for up to five years in accordance with current Danish accounting legislation. In analytical tools like Google Analytics, we store information about your order- and customer-number for up to 50 months according to the framework set up for storing information in the tool. Then the information will be automatically deleted.
All conditions and conflicts that may arise in connection with the use of the Website are subject to Danish law in accordance with EU Personal Data Law.
